Young Teacher influence Positively in the life of teenagers in his Community. 

Unfortunately here in Colombia there is a lot of work for everyone and people have to find work that comes out, and this implies a momentary abandonment of your home. The single mothers looking for work for the sustenance of their children regardless of the schedule in most cases. In a family consisting of dad and mom also happens the same because they are at work to bring food to the house and have to work more because this is the basis of the home and because somehow want economic stability for his family and accidentally forget their children.

                                                                                              

The major influence is the social context where they are because in these neighborhoods there are many opportunities and activities for youth to perform, is at this moment where they look for a shelter that is where love, trust, support. And meet people "friends" that lead astray. We have found that another influence is the lack of love in the home and lack of communication, as these elements are not important they seek out.

Here, in this youth center can really rehabilitate because they are busy, they have no time to think bad things only think about being good, take time to dance.

Javier Puentes is a Spanish teacher in the Tunal neighborhood. He has lived there for 20 years. He is tall and has black hair,  thin, always smiling, is the oldest of three brothers, his mother helps so much not live with her. Two years ago, is married to Angela, live in an apartment, pay rent, Javier Angela helps with household expenses. He lives with his wife and they have a 2-year-old daughter Javier said while smiling: "Michelle is my worship and my headache at a time."

Javier is a very sensitive man, friendly, cheerful, caring and eager to revolutionize. He has always been interested in what was happening in the neighborhood, helping teens to take advantage of their time on something productive. "I wanted to help young people who are at home while parents work to avoid being badly influenced" he said about the way he helps them. 

One day, he decided to take on rent a community room of the neighborhood and start changing the thinking of young people. Held a meeting with residents swept model and presented his project: a space for theater and dance. The residents supported Javier in this project.

His main motivation was his daughter because he wants a better future for her. He wants she to grow in a safe and friendly neighborhood. "Because I felt the need to help children not get lost in the world and because teenagers like these kinds of dances." he said. "No one has had any experience that has always had a revolutionary thought." he added. 

In the future he wants to have his own place to teach theater and break dance.
